الخدمة
Askova تطبيق يتيح الوصول إلى نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي من عدة مزودين لأغراض الدراسة والعمل. إجابات النماذج قد تحتوي أخطاء، فراجع المعلومات المهمة قبل الاعتماد عليها، ولا تعدّها استشارة طبية أو قانونية أو مالية.
الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وما يحدث فيه. الحساب شخصي، ولكل باقة حد لعدد الأجهزة.
الاشتراكات
الاشتراكات من داخل التطبيق تُدفع عبر حساب آبل وتتجدد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة، ويتم الإلغاء والاسترداد عبر آبل. الاشتراك بالكود لا يتجدد تلقائياً، وينتهي في تاريخه، والكود يُستخدم مرة واحدة.
حدود الاستخدام
لكل باقة حدود استخدام تتجدد كل 5 ساعات وكل أسبوع، وحد شهري. قد نعدّل الحدود أو النماذج المتاحة بما يحافظ على جودة الخدمة.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط مخالف للأنظمة، أو لإنتاج محتوى ضار، أو لمحاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تجاوز حدودها أو مشاركة الحساب تجارياً. ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف ذلك.
المحتوى
المحتوى الذي تُدخله أو تُنشئه ملكك، وتمنحنا الإذن اللازم لمعالجته لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات المبنية على إجابات النماذج، في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
النظام الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Service
Askova provides access to AI models from several providers for study and work. Model answers may contain mistakes; verify important information and do not treat answers as medical, legal or financial advice.
Account
You are responsible for your account. Accounts are personal and each plan has a device limit.
Subscriptions
In-app subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple. Code-based plans do not auto-renew and end on their date; each code works once.
Usage limits
Each plan has limits that reset every 5 hours and every week, plus a monthly limit. We may adjust limits or available models to keep the service reliable.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, to create harmful content, to attack or bypass the service or its limits, or to resell account access. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content
Content you enter or create is yours; you grant us the permission needed to process it only to provide the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based on model answers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
